  1. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

    We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa), Apple Pay and PayPal. 


  2. HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM? 

    Our clothing are true to size, please refer to our size chart for the item you are interested in.


  3. CAN I USE A PO BOX FOR MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

    No, we do not ship to PO boxes.


  4. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

    Yes, we provide international shipping.


  5. CAN MULTIPLE ORDERS BE COMBINED?

    No, we cannot combine orders. Be sure to check your cart for all the items you’ve selected before heading to check out.


  6. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

    Orders placed will be dispatched within 3 business days. (Time may vary due to unforeseen variables, weather, customs and/or COVID delays.) An email with tracking details will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched.


  7. CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

    Orders submitted, cannot be cancelled.


  8. WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES AND TAXES?

    Customers are responsible for any import fees, customs, duties, or other taxes imposed by their respective country.


  9. HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

    Returns must be placed within 14 days of delivery. 

    Email us at cs@project9642.com with the below  information -
    1. Your name and address
    2. Your order Number
    3. Specify which item or items you would like to return/exchange
    4. Reasons for return/exchange (i.e. wrong size, defective etc.)
    5. If an item is defective, please provide a picture of the defect with a brief description.

    Someone from our team will get in touch with you with steps to exchange/return the item/s.

    If the product was purchased from one of our partner retailers, please refer to their respective return/exchange polices and contact them directly for support.


  10. WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

    We provide free return shipping for shipments made within Hong Kong during the return period.


  11. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

    Once returned items are received, please allow our customer service team 3 to 5 business days to issue the store credit.


  12. CAN YOU HOLD PRODUCT FOR ME?

    No, because of the limited quantities we are unable to hold products.


  13. WHERE ELSE CAN I FIND YOUR PRODUCT?

    Project_9642 products are sold on our e-shop and at Asaya, Rosewood Hong Kong.
