Return & Exchange Policy
Returns must be placed within 14 days of delivery.
Email us at cs@project9642.com with the below information -
- Your name and address
- Your order Number
- Specify which item or items you would like to return/exchange
- Reasons for return/exchange (i.e. wrong size, defective etc.)
- If an item is defective, please provide a picture of the defect with a brief description.
Someone from our team will get in touch with you with steps to exchange/return the item/s.
If the product was purchased from one of our partner retailers, please refer to their respective return/exchange polices and contact them directly for support.
